Receiving Artwork

Many of our clients choose to provide their own print-ready artwork files, and we're happy to accommodate this. Before your project goes to print, our experienced team will carry out a thorough pre-flight check to ensure everything is set up correctly. This includes checking the document size, image resolution, overprints, colour settings, and ensuring all elements are correctly prepared for professional printing.

If you run into any issues, we're here to help. Our team can guide you through the process online or make amendments to your working artwork files where required.

To ensure the best print quality, we ask that artwork is supplied as high-resolution PDF files with 3mm bleed included. Files should be provided as single, centred pages. For booklets and multi-page documents, please supply pages in reading order (for example: front cover, inside pages, back cover).

If your files are too large to send by email, we recommend using a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or SharePoint.

If you need assistance, please visit our Useful Information section or call our team on 0121 457 4810. We're always happy to help.

Proofs

Every client is offered a proofing service.  Usually electronically, it helps you have that final check.

We can provide hard copy proofs sometimes on the material chosen. We can do colour accurate as well as representative proofs  These will lengthen your project lead-time but can be very reassuring as part of the print sign off process.

Ask your account manager for the options available to you.
