Order of Service printing
We offer a personal service at your difficult time.
We know that losing a loved one is a deeply challenging time. At Heron Press, we aim to make the creation and printing of your funeral order of service as simple, sensitive, and stress-free as possible.
We offer a "print only" service from your designed file or you can send us your text and details of service along with any photos and our design team will prepare a file for your approval. We can arrange delivery to your funeral directors or you are welcome to collect from our Rubery plant.

Printing Options
We can print 4, 8 or 12 page service booklet: Printed on high-quality card cover, paper text with a clean white border, folded to A5. Full colour and black only options are available to control any budget concerns. Quantities start from 25 units up to any quantity. We can deliver to a location of your choice. We do not charge VAT on Order of Services. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer. Lead-time is 3 to 5 days.

Please let us know the date or your funeral first. Followed by if you want a "print only" service or a design service included. We will need to know how many pages your service is likely to be to offer you pricing along with your desired quantity. We will send you a formal quote with a link which you can use to turn it into an order.

Can you deliver in time?
We know timing is your top priority. Our standard turnaround is 3-5 working days from the moment you approve your proof to delivery. To remove any last-minute stress, we always aim to have your order ready a a days before the service. What if my photographs are not great quality?
Send us your photos and let us take a look—the results are often better than expected. Whether they are blurry, faded, or water-damaged, our professional retouching tools can frequently restore them. If a picture can't be saved, we'll let you know honestly and help you find a great alternative.
How does the proof process work?
Once we have your details, our designer will email you a complete digital proof to review. You can request as many changes as you like until it’s perfect. We only go to print when you give us full approval.
What is included in the price?
Our quotes clearly show what is included: whether its custom design, printing method or if delivery is included. There are no hidden fees, and we always confirm the final price before we print.
